What families ask us first
Can I visit before making a decision?
Absolutely β and we encourage it. Visiting is welcome daily during two windows: 9:30β10:30 AM and 2:30β3:30 PM. To arrange a first visit or guided tour, WhatsApp or call us ahead so we can host you properly.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The fee covers nursing care, pharmacy care, basic physiotherapy, accommodation, balanced meals and snacks, morning exercise, evening activities, entertainment, and daily personal care (bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming and laundry) β plus weekly church service, bible study and regular devotion. Emergency clinic visits, hospital escort and everyday toiletries are billed separately.
What level of medical care do you provide?
We have qualified, certified nursing staff on site, with pharmacy care and medication support. For anything beyond our scope we coordinate with nearby clinics and hospitals; emergency clinic visits and hospital escort can be arranged as add-ons. A care assessment is part of every admission.
Do you offer physiotherapy?
Yes β every resident receives basic physiotherapy as part of their care, focused on mobility, balance and fall-prevention. Assessment-based rehabilitation care is coming soon.
Do you accept residents of all faiths?
Yes. St Mark's is Christian-led β a ministry of the Diocese of West Malaysia β and we warmly welcome residents of all faiths and none. Weekly church service, bible study and daily devotion are available to those who wish to join.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
A refundable deposit of one month's fee plus miscellaneous is required. Fees are then payable in the first week of every month.
What happens if my parent's needs change?
We review each resident's care as needs evolve and adjust support accordingly. If the care required ever exceeds what we can safely provide, we'll help you find the right next step.
